Final questionare

I will send out this survey to the people who has booked a visit at the hot pools. This is because the business that commissioned this survey only wanted the results of people who have booked and used the website. I will do this by sending it out by email to the people on the list that have purchased something off the website. This was the survey I sent out after my pilot survey and had made the changes that were suggested to me https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1WcvEm38JhA73J1M3y5VsfcKwrrt5zqWAkbJanY6cFuc/edit

pilot survey

I completed a pilot survey by sending it to a few different students to see if they were able to answer the questions and understand what was being asked. At the end pf my survey I added a open question to see what I could improve. In my pilot survey I was specific question I wanted answer so I could see: There was any questions they didn't understand  Was the a answer that wasn't assessable  Was the wording in the survey clear https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1U6AJsNlu3trwRzXcceL6aFMNmEjyuAj5R50UiBqsrvk/edit#responses After my pilot survey I made some changes that was recommended to me.  The first was some spelling mistakes that I made throughout the survey  The next thing I changed was some of the answer options. I made it so there was more variety for the people to answer with. Not only this but I copied the address of the website into the survey so people could access it quickly if they did not already have it. The last thing I changed was the description of what ...

In this assessment  I have been reflecting on what is need when designing a survey. My next is now to take these key points and design my questions. I have been using key points from the Statistics NZ website. This website is linked here:  http://archive.stats.govt.nz/methods/survey-design-data-collection/writing-questionnaire.aspx#gsc.tab=0 The poster below shows my key points I have taken from this website

Writing Good Questions For My Questionnaire AS91263

When writing questions I need to consider: The questions are well written to avoid bias and get the information you need. Consider weather I use open or closed questions Easy to answer-short, correct spelling, appropriate language Try to avoid using anything that may offend anyone Ask questions in positive terms One of my objectives is to find out: age gender ethnicity income domestic or international tourist The next objective is to see: how satisfied with the website they are why they are satisfied If they found what they were looking for

This is a scenario for my maths assessment. The owners of the business Franz Joseph glazier hot pools have commissioned me to design a questionnaire that would enable the business to find out how effective and satisfied the customers are, with they website they are producing. I will be sending this survey out from the website after the costumer has purchased something of the website. This will be done by sending it through the email that they have provided when purchasing.  In this survey I will be asking questions to mesure such as gender age income etc. I would like to find out how satafied costumers are with the website swell as how assessable it is.

Week 3 Reflection

This week in English/Pe we learnt another two new games. These games were from the Maori culture.  The First game we learnt was the game Ti Uru. This game was played on a netball court that had 5 dots at each end on the back line. The aim of this game is to get all of your teams dots removed from your side. To get your teams dots removed you need to catch the Ki while standing on the mat. To catch the ball you needed to catch it with a flat palm and if dropped pick it up with a flat palm. If you caught it above of your head two mats were removed. If you caught it by your hip one mat was removed. The second game we played was ki-o-Rahi. The aim of the game was to get the most points by the end of the games. We were split into two teams the Ki oma(attack) team and the Taniwha team(defence). The court was made into a series of circles inside out each other. Depending on what team you are on there were certain circles you couldn't go in. If on the Ki Oma team to score a point you nee...
