I will send out this survey to the people who has booked a visit at the hot pools. This is because the business that commissioned this survey only wanted the results of people who have booked and used the website. I will do this by sending it out by email to the people on the list that have purchased something off the website. I completed a pilot survey by sending it to a few different students to see if they were able to answer the questions and understand what was being asked. At the end pf my survey I added a open question to see what I could improve. I made it so there was more variety for the people to answer with.
