WALT: Write to express ideas. Context:Ski Trip We were allowed to choose the way we respond to the ski trip, so I did a recount. Ski Trip It was Monday the 15th of August, the day Ruma Tahi was going skiing at Porter Heights. I woke up at 5 am so I had more than enough time to get ready. I quietly got up so I didn't wake up my baby sister who was sound asleep and probably would of stayed that way for another 2 hours. I got all my things ready and left. I stepped out into the cold morning air and shivered. When I walked into the class all I saw was excited smiling face. “Shot gun the side” I said to everyone, so I got the most room.
